Get set for Magic!!!
Our famous Christmas minis are in their 10th year!!
This year I have three beautiful sets that I think you and the kids are going to love. I started designing one of our sets and then realised just why it was feeling so special to me. Read on to find out why!
See, Christmas was very special to me when I was little, like so many of us. It was full of magic and wonder. It was more the things we did before Christmas that created the magical feel to it. Not just Christmas morning, which of course I loved too! I loved the magic of Santa coming, the preparations we made around the house, the massive tree we chopped down and the food we prepared.
Christmas Day was usually a fairly quiet day for our family as we had spent the last months being super busy with our families shop. It was a huge sprawling shop that people drove hours to come to, especially at Christmas time. It was full of so many treasures!
It was not unlike some of the shops in Sovereign Hill in it's old world feel. Like Clarke's brothers or the Drapery, we had a huge (& it really felt huge when I was little), old wooden counter & an old cash register. We wrapped all the presents in red tissue paper. It had such a special feel to it, especially around Christmas time.
So when starting to dream up this new set, I didn't realise how much it resonated with me until I was fully immersed in preparations. It's a little Christmas store! I think it's going to be such a fun, interactive little set that I hope the kids are going to love! And, I think it's going to make for magical photos too.
We will also be having Elf on the Shelf back this year & Our magical bed scene from a few years ago, which I just adored and know a lot of you did too.
Plus one other totally new setup which is Santa's Mail sorting room, with quite a magnificent backdrop. I'm looking forward to creating an amazing interactive space for this one too.
We will also be having back our family photo option, as this was so popular ❤️ Look out for the add on option for this! Plus as always I will offering a beautiful set of prints you can add on as a family keepsake.
This year we will also be offering a Luxury Christmas experience for those wanting a little more time to soak up the experience or for Children who need a little more time to settle in.
